In the event of a significant market downturn, economic crisis, or financial instability resulting in a drop of [e.g., 15% or more] in the valuation of the UK property market as determined by a recognised index (e.g., the UK House Price Index), the issuer reserves the right to defer the buyback option for a period of up to 12 months. This deferral is solely to protect the underlying asset value and ensure stable buyback terms for the investor.
During any deferral period, the issuer will provide quarterly updates on market conditions and a clear timeline for reinstatement of the buyback option. During this period, investors will continue to receive any applicable returns on the investment until the buyback option is restored.
